Who is Kit Hoover?

I GREW UP WORKING IN and around the family business, Hoover Well Service, which my grandfather started.  I did everything from odd jobs no one else wanted to do, to keeping the books and serving the customers.  The experience taught me the Old School values of hard work and dedication, the cornerstones of my family’s reputation in Lake and Kenosha counties. My family’s legacy has always been defined by the difference we make in the community and the quality, confidence and trust with which we do business.  It’s these same timeless values I strive to instill in my three daughters today.
